(b) all previous resolutions by the annual meeting regarding representation of readers on the parochial church council are rescinded.

We would advise that questions be put in writing and handed in to the parish office prior to the meeting so fuller answers can be given.

2. Only those whose names are entered on the Church Electoral Roll of the parish may vote in elections (Minimum age for the Roll is 16).

3. Candidates in all elections must have their names on the Church Electoral Roll (and unless under the age of 18 years have been on the roll for at least the last six months), be proposed and seconded by people whose names are on the Electoral Roll, be aged at least 16 and be a communicant.

4. Nominations for Churchwarden must be made in writing and given to the Revd Pete Spiers before the start of the meeting.

5. A more detailed set of accounts is available for inspection at the back of church or the Parish Office.
