| Worship | Read Psalm 139:1-18 together. Thank God that he understands us completely and that even in our dark times he is there for us. |

Read John 20:19-31 or 1 Peter 1:3-9 1. Why do you think the disciples found it so hard to believe that Jesus was alive? 2. Do you think that if he had not proved he was alive they would have still been able to spread the Gospel with such conviction? 3. Jesus did not set out to reveal himself in his risen body to the World at large. Why do you think this was the case? Peter 1:6-9. 4. Why does our faith need to be tested in order to prove it is genuine? 5. The disciples were commissioned to take out the message of forgiveness and empowered by the presence of the Holy Spirit. How does the Holy Spirit empower us to do the same and have we got real hope of life to come with Jesus? |
| Witness | Pray for boldness to witness that Jesus is alive in you and that you have real hope in the resurrection. Pray that God will help us to live lives full of hope and not despair. |
